It is a day to give thanks for what we have, as well as our friends and family. I will also be giving thanks that I don't have to be at my in-laws until 4:30 That means...yep metal detecting in the morning! Weeeeeeeee!

To Good Food, Great Friends, and Fabulous Finds! Happy Thanksgiving to you all and look forward to everyone's great finds in the future. Good Luck and HH.

Happy Thanksgiving to you to. The good news I have to tell is a new site to detect. The owner showed me where the old log cabin was ontop of the under ground barn? The horses were kept under the house. The place was built in 1848. The new house was built in 1851. The owner fought in the civil was and came back and died of lead poisoning from a musket ball they could not get out. The history abounds and I hope some old relics do to. With the weather we are having I might get 3 to 4 hunts in before the frost is in.

Don't eat to much!
