Has anyone ever used an Aqua Pulse or know anything about them? How do they compare to other pi's ?

I did a search using the search tool with this forum using the word Aquapulse as one word and setting the date of time for last 6 years....got many hits. Several explained the Aquapulse and what it was made for...Frank

They are a diving detector, mostly made in the 80's. If you have beach hunting in mind don't think it will be sensitive ernough for the smaller gold objects like rings.

he is considering buying one and I figured, if anybody had any feedback on it-it would be someone here! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

Once bought a pulse coil from them, Eric had recommended them to me when I needed a coil for my Aquasport 2-B, I think it was a 2-b?
