The IRS will be the ones "monitoring" the mandatory KenyanCare, and will be the ones levying the fines for those refusing to comply.....therefor those subjects in non-compliance will simply have the fines subtracted from any tax return they may have been expecting. It has nothing to do with paying an income tax on KenyanCare.

Who better to squeeze blood from a turnip that the Gestap.....I mean IRS? They'll seize your property for back taxes (unless you're in office)....so I'm sure it will also apply in this case as well. You can't keep a $2500 fine from a $200 return.

That's the problem with a gov no one trusts, or has ANY faith in......anything becomes believable. I fell "victim" to these chain emails before......before I started to verify them or debunk them.

OK....what do you have other than the OPs chain email which provides some substantial "proof" it WILL happen? I mean we can all speculate on a lot of things that "could" happen. Show me some documented proof it "will", and I'll post on the topic no more.

I've explained why the W-2 is involved, I've debunked the subjects of Obamaland will be paying taxes on Kenyancare......now show me something in return.

Starting in 2011, (next year folks), your W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are given by the company. It does not matter if that's a private concern or governmental body of some sort.

If you're retired? So what... your gross will go up by the amount of insurance you get.

You will be required to pay taxes on a large sum of money that you have never seen. Take your tax form you just finished and see what $15,000 or $20,000 additional gross does to your tax debt. That's what you'll pay next year.

For many, it also puts you into a new higher bracket so it's even worse.u.

You might want to fact check the above. It is my understanding that the amount reported on the W-2 form is not considered taxable income.
