I think I have one too!....I thought it was a button but will have to check it again
A clover leaf with stars and a whatzit. Could be something Irish or from the girl guides, both use a 3 leaf clover design.
A broad description of where it was found helps one guess what it might belong to. Like a pubic park in Maine.
