Headphone adapter...anyone yet??

Just wondering if anyone has gotten the headphone adapter yet???? Mines been on back order over two months now....

I wish they offered it in kit form as I have the need soldering equipment and I could have it completed in no time.

A while back someone posted on here that they had the connectors but were not making the adapters yet. The special connector is the hard part, everything else is pretty available. Only two conductors to deal with. Anyone who can handle a soldering iron should have no trouble with it.

well maybe I'll split the stock headphone cord, put a male on the headphone side in case i ever want to use them and a female on the unit side for my rattlers...then put the adapter money towards the waterproof headset....

Do the homemade job. It is simple and makes the machine 1000 times better. I don't know why Garrett is taking so long on these. I could not wait any longer.

I think Garrett is just hopeing this will all go away. They've been waltzing around this thing since Jan.2011
I can't believe that in this day and time they can't put together some plastic and rubber to make a
simple connector.

own, but I still haven't seen after markets.
