Headphone cable ?

what head phone is it from? maybe find someone that has a bad set that you can get cheep, and take the cord from them.

Amazon has all kinds of 90-degree cable assemblies.

Buy one then cut the other end off it and rewire.

Yeah, I just replaced the coiled wire on my Grey Ghost Waterproof Headphones. Crazy, they weren't really that old, but the outer insulation just cracked and fell apart. Had the same thing happen on the OEM cable to the original Koss headphones on my Excalibur years ago. I really take care of my equipment, always rinse the saltwater off, spray divers silicone spray on, but it just happens. It all depends on the quality of the wire that they use. I've seen aviation headphones cord last for decades. If you have a problem finding what you're looking for, Mouser electronics in Texas has everything.
