Headphones for summer

Can anyone suggest any decent headphones (now that it is hot and steamy) for these type conditions, without having to use my big headphones?

Any suggestions would definitely help my sweating head.

Thank you,
Bubbadirect

I'm using a pair of Garrett easy stow headphones. Their light and have very good sound.

Most most folks over here in the UK use the xp wired backphones, they are ultra light weight and the main thing is they have fantastic audio quality for such a cheap set of headphones and i mean they are cheap but in my opinion they could give alot of the top brand names a run for there money.

I am not sure if these XP backphones are on sale over in the good old US of A but as the Deus is sold i would think some dealer could possibly sell them.

I use an over the ear set up I made....

Obviously super light, they are mostly tangle free. I clip the D-ring to my rear belt loop and that keeps everything running down my back.
The coiled cord allows plenty of mobility, too.

I made these, so they are one of a kind. But there isn't anything magic about them.
They take only a modicum of skill to make and not much in the way of tools.
A little soldering and some heat shrink and you're there

Give them a shot!

Yes, back of the neck phones work well, too.
I've tried them and found their single flaw: a too short, uncoiled cord.

In fact, that is what led to my over-the-ear model. I found the ear piece speakers at a close-out shop, and just married the cords.
No neck frame to worry with, they are about as far as you can go with the concept of light, sweat-free and unobtrusive.

If I were to return to a back-neck frame (and I wouldn't hesitate), I would find some In-the-ear models.
I like the sharp audio response this type offers.

PS Marmite - love it or hate it?

I just use ear buds, all the time.

Dave, any recommendations for ear buds that have a decent length for the cord?

I'M USING RAPOO WIRELESS HEADPHONES..THEY ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR AND HAVE A VOLUME CONTROL..THEY ARE ALSO SUPER LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE..

undrpar,

How do the Rapoo phones work ? How do they communicate with the detector?

Will they work with a CZ3D,At Gold and G2?

Thanks all for this information. I'm going to look up those rapoo ones!

Sorry it has taken so long to respond. More of the earbuds have the length listed on the package. 36" might do it depending on your heught. 48" for sure. I believe mine are Panasonic. Around 6 or 8 dollars.
