Headphones for water/under water use

So what's the deal for using cabled headphones for water use? Seems the wireless wouldn't work.
Is it a special waterproof connector?
Is the connector available to add to other headphones (like Grey Ghost underwater earphones?

Special waterproof connector and not all headphones will work with the Equinox (so I have read on this forum).

I have been told 6-8 weeks for the ML waterproof headphones become available.

Unknown availability date for the adapter cable.

I saw a video reference to the underwater headphones available next month for the person making the video. No idea if that date is accurate or reliable for market release but sounds like they are in the works.

ML wint release the plugs until well after their phones out out ....also wont let us have the cable until their phones have been out. See the pattern here? Dont expect the water phones till after the pre orders hit the street either.
