Heart attack hunt

7centsworth

Well-known member
Well i wanted to get out and dig , because I have not in two weeks. I went to a place I have hunted before with good results in the past. Today I used my 6 inch dd coil walked about 10 feet from the truck and dug a 1963 nickel. Next target about 3 feet away was a 1953d wheat. I then dug some trash , and then about 20 minutes later got a good signal. I dug done about 4 inches and found a wheatie , I wiped the dirt off and could see 1909 I about had a heart attack right there . Then I put it up and decided to clean it at home. Well long story short it was a regular 1909 with no s or vdb. It was still a good hunt for only about an hour .

You're doing better than me dude. I haven't been out in nearly two weeks with dizziness and low energy. The doc's still trying to find out why?

Congrats on the 1909 and, hopefully, the next one will be the scarce one! :) May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
