Heat Wave allows one more hunt for the year!

We have had unusually high temps the last few days, melting the snow and giving us a wet Christmas unfortunately for the kids but inside I was happy. The prospects of getting out for a year end hunt were good!
It was a steady drizzle today and time allowed for me to go hit a local park that has been in use for over 100years.
Finds included a loonie ($1 coin), three dimes, five nickles, 48 pennies, an old lighter, a cool lead soldier on a motorcycle toy, and a .925 silver ring!
It was a great way to end the year!

Always nice to get out for that "one last hunt of the year". And always better when you find stuff. What kind of numeric reading did you get on the soldier? Whatever it was, I bet it was loud and clear! HH Randy
