he had his heart surgery yesterday and is doing as well as can be expected! They had him on a heart-pump and ventilator in the ICU but may have taken him by now! My sister has to find out things by phone-calls and not sure of what is going on! She couldn't come up because of having to take care of their dog and doesn't drive in the county or city! I give God praise for answering our prayers for him....they put in a new heart valve but his lungs are really bad, so don't know how things will go with him! He is overweicht and tends to eat too much fried foods and sweets....it is like he doesn't care about himself or anyone else who do care about him! Please keep praying for him that he will be able to come home soon....he has been told that he cannot do anything for three months which will be hard for him not to do because he is stubborn and will most likely not listen to the drs or anyone, because he hasn't listened so far!
Up date on Tami....they still are trying to get the ins co to pay for her surgery and the dr is burning mad because the ins people say she doesn't need it and he says she does! When I talked to her Tuesday...she wasn't sure if she was going to be in the hospital Thursday morning or go to work and I said...just take it one day at a time and if you are in the hospital just tell them where you work and if not, then go on to your job! She is on nights now and please pray for her safety when driving at night on the Interstate, as he lives 10 miles from home to her job! Thank you all for your prayers for both David and Tami! Will let you know more when I know more! Haven't heard any more about Sheryl...my cousin's daughter who has been taking treatments for upper stomach cancer! Please keep her in prayer also!
