Hello everyone.....Ma has fought the good fight of faith but....

Actually, I never was in this forum before. I did go to the views area and noticed that there was a disclaimer that requested no religious talk. After scrolling down did I find some of the posts in question. I am not Christian and harbor no resentments at all. If your worldview only allows "your" people to go to heaven, I find that silly. I have lived long enough and have met too many righteous good hearted people of other faiths and some that have no faith at all to subscribe to that. I am a religious person, but just don't understand why this comes up in a metal detecting forum. I get it, if you don't like it then just don't read it attitude. But have some intellectual honesty and say I don't like pornography but it's ok for others to view it. Or abortion is against my moral beliefs but..... but others can make up their own mind.

I really only read this topic because of the subject line. I guess I don't understand what it means to fight the good fight. If you post in the wrong area, why fight about it. I don't see what exactly you are fighting for and what you hope to accomplish.

Arguing about religion is more like arguing who's better boys or girls or even apples and oranges. Probably not worth the time nor energy. I am not interested in changing anyone's mind, and I'm pretty sure that you couldn't make much of a persuasive argument to change mine.

Fighting the good fight of faith is being a good and faithful Soldier in the Lord Jesus' army and standing on your faith in Him when attacked by those who don't believe in Jesus as the only begotten Son of God nor the Bible Scriptures which are the absolute truth of God! I only witness and tell the truth of the Holy Bible as best as I can...I have studied it diligently for years (I am 76) and do understand what most of God's Holy Word is guiding us into so we can serve Him as a servant approved of God! If others get to heaven without really knowing who Jesus is then it will be God's grace by knowing their hearts for He is a fair Judge and, yet, the whole Universe of the heavens and Earth show that Jehovah God is real and that His Son, Jesus, lived, died and lived again that we might be saved by believing in His Virgin Birth, death and resurrection, for He is the Messiah, God with us, for God Himself came to earth and put on the flesh of man and lived a sinless life, although He was tempted in all points like we are, so that He could take all our sins upon Himself to redeem us by the forgiveness of our sins, but we must believe that He is Who He says He is! I don't mind if you post on the forum but over here we won't argue but tell the truth and whether you accept it or not is your choice! I pray that God in Jesus' name opens your heart and mind to Who He is and that you accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior, too, because His all forgiving love does change us into brand new creation and makes a difference in our lives! Betty, I have to be at Mass in 90 minutes so let's set the tone correct right now.

You've bashed Catholics, Jews and Muslims on the other forum and you really wonder why you're banned? You state "...soooo don't try to change our beliefs" but you feel it is your mission to do just that to others that are not Born-again? What gives you the right? (And its not Jesus).

The Guv and the Admin acted in an appropriate manner, given how things had gotten out of hand over there IMHO. I respect your religion; you need to learn to respect others.

Sorry that you feel the way you do for I do respect others who have religious beliefs, but doesn't make it so that they will be in heaven with Jesus, as He says He is the way, the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but through Him! I never said that your beliefs were wrong in that way, I was just stating that the way I believe and know is as a Christian I am traveling the right road to glory! Now, my flesh may get in the way sometimes, but hopefully not too often, as I love Jesus and want to walk in His light of love, but when here on this earth as a human but still fully God, He even told those religious leaders of the Syngogues, Pharisees and Saducees, they were wrong and didn't hold back in telling them so by calling them vipers and white washed tombs looking good on the outside but evil on the inside and full of dead man;s bones1 Dead was what Jesus referred as those who did not believe in Him!

If you want to worship as a Catholic or any other religion than let it be so, but I hope and pray you do know Jesus and Whom He is for He is the Messiah and is God Himself born in the flesh of man to die ( and did) for us sinners and we are all born sinners in need of a Savior and Jesus is the Savior and Lord of those who will believe in and accept Him! JOHN 3:16 Apparently the Words of God did do their work like a two-edged Sword and cut several of you on the Views Forum very deeply which is according to our blessed Savior, for He didn't come to bring peace but a sword for dividing the spirit from the flesh!
