Though ill the last couple of days, Cliff and I are still living! He mowed half the backyard....our hayfield....and our neighbor, who lives behind us, finished mowing the other half! Cliff was having too much trouble mowing and breathing, so the good Lord sent help! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus and Holy Spirit!

Still been having storms all around us, but we've been kept safe with rains almost every day! The grass just grows and grows and gets greener and greener! Haven't had to water the lawn.....so that is a blessing also! Has cooled off too to the 80's, with lower humdity which has helped temendously! God is good to His own! Glory Hallelujah! :angel:

The appraiser was here yesterday but haven't heard anything on the appraisal as yet, so that is what we're waiting on to know whether we can purchase the Cuba home or not! I have peace in my heart today.....after a night of getting up and down because of stress and nerves but I know God is in it......sooooooo everything will be okay! :angel: I am also sore and stiff from moving boxes and etc, which doesn't help when trying to sleep and get in and out of bed! :shrug: Our God is merciful and I know He loves me! :)

glad the storms didn't get ya. We had a short one last night that took the other half of the big tree down! :(
 
Thank you all and each of you are a blessing to me and Cliff! We need to go shopping and/or mow the front and side lawns, but neither of us feel well enough as yet, so that is the way it is for now! :shrug:

The reason I was nervous and stressed, as I had so many irons in the fire, that I was getting confused with what was going on! I had the electrician putting in a new circuit breaker box along with repairs and he didn't have the GFE plug-ins on the work order, so I called today and they will be getting back with me for a time to get that done! Had the termite inspector doing his inspection before the appraiser came! Was calling and getting calls from my lender and another one in AZ who is very nice also, but I went with the one in St. Louis, MO. He is working with another lender to get me a new Home Equity Line with interest only loan! Also was working on my financial situation, so all together I was nervous and getting more confused.....which is easy at my age....so that is why I have the good Lord helping me, as I would end up in a big mess handling everything myself! :rolleyes: :) Sometimes worry ( because of tiredness and not thinking straight) sneaks in even when I try not to let it! :lol:

Called my lender today and he said my home has been appraised higher than we had estimated, so that really is good news! The appraisal and a signed agreement for them to pay off my loans and credit cards has been sent to the Underwriters; therefore, the purchase of the home in Cuba is in progress! Should know more by Monday and maybe close by next Friday, Aug 15, with time to close on the Cuba home! Isn't God just wonderful???? It will put me tight on money for awhile, but with Jesus as my personal Savior and Lord I will make it and with Cliff too! He sure helps me when he is able! Nice neighbors also! :)

Termite damages will be repaired the 13th of Aug.....so getting there slowy for placing my home on the market to hopefully sell very quickly!
