Kayla is doing a lot better. She ask my wife to fix some foods she likes. foods tonight. Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese plus others I'm sure I don't know about

I have been working many hours this last year. Not much time off. I took Saturday off and went to NC for a day.
I did alittle sluicing for gold. It was just great to be outside at the river. Nice and quiet Here is what I found for the day

Jeff, I'm so glad that Kayla is feeling better and on the road to full recovery.

Hey, I never saw gold in a pan like that! I like it..... how do you get the gold like that? Just out of a river bed....don't know anything about finding gold like that , but I am very interested .
