Hello from Virginia

Welcome from Hanover Co. Where are you located? Good luck hunting.

Hello. I just got myself a Bounty Hunter VLF to try the hobby out. I am already in love. lol I am aware, I don't have the best "gear" at the moment, but I am looking to upgrade soon.
First off, A Big Welcome to You to the forum from Georgia. Don't underestimate the Bounty Hunter. While it may not be the most expensive detector on the market, it is a proven detector and able to find a lot of treasures, the same as most high dollar detectors. Best of luck to you. Let us know what you find.

My nephew and his buddy hunt with the Bounty Hunter. He has a lot of good stuff found with that detector.

Welcome to the forum. The best "gear" likely won't find you the most until you learn it well. The Bounty Hunter is much easier to learn well as it is much less confusing and will still find most all of what is buried. After lots of experience, the higher priced "gear" may give better results if you learn to tune it well. Good luck no matter what you use!
