Hello my brother and sisters....Ma has been....

working in my basement for almost three days and then outside in one of my flower beds....oh me, oh my, am I sore, stiff and achy! But raining so can't work outside today...the Lord gave me a reprieve...knowing I need to rest and not push myself to getter done! Praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy in all things! Amen! Even more achy with this arthritis acting up more so with the rain! Hope all are doing okay and getting out to find the goodies! Ma

It doesn't take much to get us poooofed does it ma. I pulled the muscles on both sides and in back of my of my left knee. The docs got me fitted to a knee brace, which makes it hard to bend down to dig. Guess I'll have to give up hunting for a week or so.
