Thanks Steve and I now have another loan company in Arizona, that called me and has been able to work out refinancing with everything I need in the 5% interest range. He will be calling me today and let me know what he has come up with. Seems as if I've been put on the mortgage grapevine and have them calling me.....two besides the first lender whom I contacted. Haven't heard from him, so he may have given up, but we will see as time progresses. 
I am under the weather today, with a headace and stomach problems! I worked outside in the heat and humidity on and off all day and the backyard lawn has grown so tall and thick from the rains we've been having that my lawnmower quit running and I was unable to start it because of the buildup of grass underneath which is keeping the blade from moving. Tried to raise the mower higher but one is stuck and will have to use something to move it and get the mower raised enough to mow and not get stalled. Cliff and I won't be able to do it today unless I am feeling better and it is cooler later on this evening. I don't think he will be able to mow at all because of his oxygen capacity of not being able to breathe like he should.........but God is good and we will get things done one way or the other! I think I got overheated and that's why I am not feeling well today!!!
My neighbor behind us just got himself a new riding lawnmower hauled in today, so maybe I can get him to mow it and pay him which would help Cliff and I a lot! I owe him money for powerwashing the driveway, patio, front porch and the guttering and eaves. Sure looks a lot better! He is a nice person and will wait for his money, but I don't like owing anyone, so intend to pay him soon!
Hope this helps everyone understand what is happening with me and my home! Refinancing is for the birds.....

Thanks Bryce and also for your prayers! Now, the backyard is wetter and haven't been able to mow with it being so high, green and thick that the mower stopped working from being clogged.....until I can clean and set it at a higher cutting...............but it stormed again before 9:00am this morning and poored rain again, so no mowing for awhile! Only lasted about 20 minutes though and moved on towards the southeast....hope it didn't storm over your way in IL. Oh well, I haven't had to water the lawn this year....Praise God for the rain....but just a wee bit too much! 
Hope and pray you are well and finding lots of goodies by getting out
when you can and the weather isn't so hot and humid! :sad:
