HELP--CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I have a problem with the page rolling up & down so fast that I can't read most of the messages without going in & out of what I am in; especially FB & now Find Mall--have one trial antivirus prescription with AVAST & one paid prescription with Norton Antivirus & ROLLING is still a BIG PROBLEM! I really need HELP if anyone CAN HELP solve this problem! Thank you! Ma

Not sure ma? Do a search on it, But I would re start my computer first.
