Help.........can't remember why First Texas changed first edition F75 Disc. from 10 to 15 on the second run..

Does anyone know why ??

I think an iron disc range of only 15 & under is too compressed........
I love the 0-40 iron units like the T2 etc for trash

I figure it made newcomers a wee bit less intimidated the first time out. ( a bit less noise) Still exactly the same machine......but the "default" setting of 10 in disc was raised to 15.
Despite the shorter iron range of the F75 ( 0 to 16) as compared to the T2 (0 to 40) ......... I still prefer the F75 for its versatility....and a bit more power out of the gate.
The expanded iron range of the T2 is ONLY an asset IF your trying to dial iron out. (and actually using disc) The expanded range gives you a bit more room to tweak. If you run extremely low disc levels for max performance................its no advantage at all. I'll take the versatility of the F75/ LTD over the T2 anyday!
