Help Identifying CW Buttom

I dug up this button yesterday and need help identifying it. It was hard to get a good picture because of the discoloration so the included image is best I could get. I will try to describe it as best I can.
It is a two piece eagle button. It is 3/4" diameter and the shank on the back is square shaped so I "assume" this is a cuff button. The outstretched claw on the left side appears to hold either a branch of some sort or maybe a feather. The claw on the right side holds either a collection of arrows or a stick with points off it. The shield in the middle is the square shaped. The eagle's head is what some people refer to as the one that looks like a chicken with the triangular shaped neck and he holds what looks like a string in his beak. That string, on both left and right, turns into a banner that reads "E Pluribus" on the left and "Unum" on the right. I have see a similar design on some other buttons but on those there is a circle of stars above the eagle. There is nothing above the eagle on this one. The back is too corroded to see if there is a back mark or not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Mike
