I found these items on an private farm within view of Cedar Mountain this past week.
The first 2 items were found in the same hole. The hook and chain I don"t know if they are Civil War or not but maybe someone on here can tell, they both were about 8" underground and have since been cleaned up. The piece of lead was about 8" under ground also and weighs 24.8 g.

I don't see anything there that could be called civil war. But that doesn't mean they didn't come from that era, or even a piece of equipment used in the war. The first piece looks to be off an old door lock, but that's a guess. The hook, no idea. The chain links are interesting in that the elongated pieces are generally older than todays chain links. Those you have could go either way.
