Help needed with XS headphone adapter

As an option, you can make your XS wireless by purchasing a low latency APTX transmitter and low latency APTX headphones or earbuds along with a short 1/8 stereo cable to connect from the transmitter to the detector. All for under $50.00. All of the items can be found on Amazon. No headphone cord at all. I have done this to both of my FBS detectors.

Stereo works. I have 1 wired to the Garrett Z-link system and it works great.
Not uncommon for the 1/8 jack to stop working due to bad contacts inside.
The jack is just a 1/8 stereo headphone jack. As a matter of fact I have had to replace two different ones in two different XS machines.
I bought the jacks at radio shack. You simply trim off the tabs on the tab leads you don’t use and solder the wires back on too the same spots on new jack. The jack is only hot glued in so, it’s really not a hard task to do.
