Help-Vaquero vs. Gold Stinger

I'm looking for a detector that will be good for all around use. I already hunt for coins and shake down old houses with my Silver uMax but would like to upgrade. I found a good deal on a Stinger but have really been eyeballin' the Vaquero! Seems like these two are quite similar? Features are similar..but the Tesoro is lighter and breaks down which I REALLY like... Any guidance?

Forget the hot rock loving ,battery eating stinger. The V is way better in every way.

Forget to add , for nugget hunting with the V you should get the 5x10 coil or the 5.75 DD.
