Help with an old button

I was detecting in an old park where I have found some old coins. I got a good deep signal. I dug down and pulled out what seemed to be a flattened bullet. When I got home I realized it was a button. After soaking in olive oil, it has begun to clean up.
The back of the button has writing on it. It says, "Red Bank", then going around the button above that, it appears to say, "Sigmund Disner" I am not sure about the nd D letters, they are hard to read.
Can anyone give me any information on this button?
