Help With Button Id

Guys I found both of these back in the early 90's and have never really made an earnest attempt to ID them . I have no button book so maybe someone here that's knowledgeable will be able to help . I think maybe one of them is a naval button . Both of them sadly have no backs and are just a shell . They both are roughly dime sized .

The one on the right is definitely a variant of the older 2 piece US Navy buttons. Note how the eagle is facing left which was manufactured around 1850-1941. It's somewhat similar to the button recently posted by George. Could be a local variant Very nice !
