Is this the upper half of a Williams Cleaner, or something totally different?




This was found in a park in Syracuse, NY area that had seen some troop movement during the revolution and the war of 1812.
Sorry for the lousy pictures...Camera SUX! The patina is the classic old lead white. Single ring with hole in center bottom. measures about 1 cm wide and just shy of 2 1/2 cm tall.
