Good morning

I would like to know if anyone can recommend the best program for hunting deep silver coins in a non trashy environment (football field). Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

LB,

Why do you suggest only two tones and at what Disc setting? I tend to use 4K for deep silver, already at 3 TX with Disc about 6. I use three tones with a mid tone from Disc to 70 or so and then 800 for the sliver range.

My recommendations: 12khz, TX power 2, reactivity 1 silencer -1, Disc 5.6, tracking G/B. Have your highest tone set to come in at 75. Listen for the high tone, dig all 80 plus readings and all high 90s readings where the sliver of horseshoe is showing. Br careful, when you remove dirt on the deepies a lot of times they vansish, detector will never pick them up again, use your pinpointer and keep digging until you find what your detector was ringing on. Sometimes the real deepies just give a slight rise and fall. Recommend an audio report setting of at least 4 maybe 5. Good luck.

These are interesting suggestions. I will do some testing this weekend and see how I do.

Thanks for the help.
