Here’s what Xp told me today via email on Hf2 coil availability

XP HF2 coil had the full 50% USA tariff placed on it in June of 2025 because of copper content. USA put 50% tariff on European Union steel, copper and aluminum imports. XP recently negotiated that 50% tariff down to 15% . XP will absorb 5% and pass 10% onto USA buyers. So blaming XP for delays when it was the USA tariffs that caused the delay in the first place is not fair to XP. They had their price set, took pre-orders and suddenly were slapped with a 50% import to USA tariff that they did not want to pass on to buyers and could not afford to absorb themselves. USA buyers who put down $399 for the HF2 coil before the June tariff was imposed would have had to pay an extra $200 just to import that coil which XP was not going to force anyone to do.

That is really sophisticated equipment. Bet it’s expensive. Thank you for posting I've learnt something new from this.
It’s not one of the cheaper setups.
There may be a way to buy just this small coil with less expensive controller with same rod. And be functional as wired headphones unit. Adding wireless headphones price goes up,

Yeah, I'm still wondering what the HF2 will cost here in the states.

I'm guessing around the $600 area.

I believe $439 is the price. They started out st $399. This with tariff with XP eating 5 percent of the 15% tariff.

Great. That's not bad at all.

Thanks

I paid $439, just received it yesterday. I love it already, very sensitive, great depth for its size, all the frequencies, with also multi. It's small size and light weight makes it a pleasure to swing, perfect length for coverage, great for moving fast or getting around stuff.

I have a bag of junk, can slaw, and a piece of gold. Time to get busy. 😁
