Hi friends,

Today, while Hank golfed at the beach course, I decided to detect a new area far away from the main beach area ; it was down a narrow beaten path ( about 12") used by fishermen.

Found clads in the area, and headed back to the car on this narrow path...with the 10" Tornado coil in front of me with little room to swing back and forth- so I kept it straight on the path...I didn't expect to find anything , so I was surprised to hit on a nice clear high sound and about 1" under the hard, well -trodden soil, I recovered a pretty Spring -motif pendant.

When I reached the small dirt parking lot, I decided to detect it ( as Hank was probably only on the 6th tee)...and recovered a 1953 "wheatie"...finally I got one in very good condition from the ground instead of those pitted ones I usually find in the salt water.

here's pics.

Also found a "junk" earring ..and would you believe I had the audacity to check out the stones on this earring! I leave no stone unturned:smoke:

Thanks for looking..
