I have had these for as long time and have no idea what they are..here is the front (both 2 1/2 inches across)

The last one is dated 1890 and they both are 2 1/2 inches across
 
The first is from the KK Horticultural Society, Vienna
The second from the Exhibition of Graz. This one awarded for the "Best in the Land" 1890
These are in beautiful shape, Harold, and don't look dug. How did you come by these?
I would suspect these would be of considerable interest to Austrian collectors.
