Here on Hernando beach ,FL

Joe you are with in 5 to 10 miles of two of Hernando County parks.
Rogers Park and Pine Island. Rogers park is fresh water. (small Park)
Pine Island is Saltwater, much larger, but have to get there early on weekend it has a 3.00 parking fee and fills up quick If you have any questions PM me. I am leaving early in the morning but I will try to respond. Here is a site for Hernando County Parks, with directions .
