Yup ... Another trip to the ER for about 5 hours in the A.M.. All is well that ends well. The only words of advice I'd give to any senior citizen is:
1. Give God the glory, praise, and thanks for every day He gives you
2, Get sufficient quality sleep...make an investment in a quality mattress ( Sleep Number Bed or Temperpedic)
3, Eat a balanced diet and that means fruits and veggies too
4. Get plenty of exercise (walking if often one of the best)
5. Make sure you get enough fiber (we need 25g per day) and last but not least,
6. Don't hesitate to use stool softeners (avoid constipation at all costs!)
