Now that I'm looking for another detector, I can't find any T2's or F 75's reasonable? I guess I should have kept the first one, but with all the great reviews lately I gots me an itch again.

....hard to find and sweet to hold.

How are you good friend?

I've missed your presence on the forums.

OK....so Spring is here and a man's work is never done.

Can I tempt you back to detecting? Went to our club meeting last Wednesday evening.....look at what one of the lads had found.

A gold 'Rose' Noble, of Edward IV, king of England.

Born in Rouen, France. 28th April 1442, first son of Richard Plantagenet-Duke of York, and Cecily Neville.

Acceded to the throne on 4th March 1461.
Crowned in Westminster Abbey, 28 June 1461.
Married Elizabeth Woodville, 1st May 1464, who bore him 10 children.
He died 9th April 1483, aged 40.

To hold that coin was just magical....it was worth six and a half shillings in its day. Value today may be between $3000 to $5000..?

If I found such a beauty I would never sell it.
I've never sold ANY of my meagre collection.

So there you are KC....the pictures are for your eyes only...no one else is allowed to see them, so if you're reading this...close your eyes now..........MattR.UK.
