 I just got my ace 250 today well i when out of the house for the first time in 2 weeks and the thing keeps on beeping and all i found was a can and some caps -.-
well do you know a place where i can find better things? I'm thinking about going to the beach. any tips on where i can find better stuff?

It sounds like you need to reduce your sensitivity to 3 bars and set it in coin mode. Don't listen to the DVD that says to start out in all metal mode. Try again and post back.

I found lot more stuff thanks :p i made .50 cent but hey.. i was just there for 3 mins. i cant wait to find some rings also i'm going to Brazil nov 1 so ya i hope i find lot stuff there because there's no ace 250 there or anything... so :)

When you get some experience in the coin mode you'll have to go to jewelry or relic mode to find rings. This will accept more trash segments but that's where the jewelry is. If you go to the sand buy yourself a sand scoop and scoop every beep in the relic mode. Turn your sensitivity up until your detector gets jittery then back it down a notch or two.

i found a 1981quarter 1 cent from 1969 and one from 1990 just now at home

There's no place like home. Get good at pinpointing with my video. Then there's no stopping you!

i feel sad now took me forever to open the ground up and lot hand work well thanks for the video :|

The one cent i have is from 1969-D that is about 4k USD is this true?

Are you saying it's worth $3,000.00 us dollars?

:| http://www.pcgs.com/prices/PriceGuideDetail.aspx?c=45 search for 1969-D it says $4,000.00

Don't expect mint or proof prices if you dug a cent out of the ground. Post a picture. Nice find non the less...

i put on some vinegar and I'm trying to get all the dirt out so i can show it on cam anyone know a good way to clean it?

Don't use vinegar! A soft bristle tooth brush with a little soap is all I would use on a copper cent. Maybe just a rinsing with water if it's worth something. Don't rub it with your fingers either. If it was a silver coin I would just rinse it with the faucet sprayer if I thought it was valuable.

Today i was scanning on [RELICS] SENSITIVITY on 3-4 and i found some coins and some junk.
I was looking for that gold ring some guy/girl lost on the grass but no luck. Tomorrow I'm going to scan on a old tennis field.
and I'm going to take some pics and make a video and put on youtube.

khouse thanks so much for all your support tomorrow I'm going to try that pinpoint technique and i got some idea's too because lot rednecks around here drink lot beer and throw them on the grass.. i got lot beer can's -.- on my ace 250 so the idea is to use 2 sticks and see how big the metal is.. and if it feels like a beer can or not so that way i don't wast 6-7 min digging and trying to see what i found.. god i hate beer cans they show up as silver and gold so i need to keep my eyes on that all the time.. and rings are small hard to scan.

the best way to scan for rings is to walk slow and move the ace 250 slow i found some coins side ways and i was walking slow i didn't know if was caps or just more junk so i had to pinpoint and walk around pinpointing.. lot stress hope there's a easier way to find things sideways?

Aluminum cans can be found by raising the coil 12 inches above the ground. If there's still a beep move on.

that's all "raise the coil 12 inches" i guess my brain cells are dead.. didn't think of that.. but there's some metal i got today the side of a coin anyway to avoid that too?
