Well, that was one of "ours". And by that I mean that satellite is one of many in a constellation that I help to maintain.

I have been supporting the war-fighter effort for the past 21 years (27 years counting the 6 years in the Air Force. Dang, I'm gettin' old.).

The poor satellite never was able to accept the turn on command and hence never was able to get into a proper orbit. Not sure exactly what happened and I never will. But suffice to say it ended up being space debris and now it is really space debris.
