..I read this in one of my sons' storybooks YEARS ago-It seems that there is a place in the world that gets SO COLD in the winter that if 2 people are outside and speak to each other,because of the extreme cold the words come out of their mouths and fall to the ground frozen-and in order to hear what the other said,they have to take the frozen words into a warm place to thaw out,so's they can hear them.......
Now that is COLD for sure and a tall tale of describing how cold it seemed to be!
