Hey! If Your ATPro Has Been Gone Too Long

Call them. I sent mine back to Garrett for the upgrade and the lady told me she has an ATPro sitting there waiting for someone to call and let them know where to ship it. Seems that when it was sent back to them the owner didn't put a note, phone number or return address inside or outside the box. I think she said they received it in June or July. Skip

I sent mine in for misbehavior in July, and about a month later called them to see what's up. It was the 6.5x9 coil that was bad and they were waiting for new ones to be shipped to them. Brad Keeley said someone forgot to give me a heads-up as to that situation. I asked him if he could ship it to my son's house in Plano, Texas [heck, they could drive it there!], since my wife and I will be spending two weeks getting acquainted with our soon-to-arrive granddaughter, Sept. 7 to 18. If it acts up [the AT Pro, not Fiona Grace], it will be a breeze to take it in! My fingers are crossed!

Maybe they already checked this, but the warranty cards have the serial number, and I assume somewhere inside the unit is a serial number. Couldn't they open this unit up and then check serial # against thier registered warranties.

[size=large]terradigger, where's the fun in that? too much common sense. one would think that idea was a duh. wtg.

She told me about another ATPro that they had a similar problem with and I asked her the same question about the warranty card. She said the person hadn't bothered to send the warranty card in to Garrett. Skip
