Hey Ma.

Are you alright after the storms last night in MO. Saw where a tornado hit Kirksville up north in MO. Hope none got to St. Louie. We had some nasty weather here, and we are kind of east northeast of you, so what we got I figured it hit you first in MO. Have not talked to my family in Illinois to see what they got.

We got a lot of thunder and lightning and some rain in our area but southeast MO got lots of rain and winds! Cliff told me about a city in IL that really got it! Three people in MO were killed....one was an 80 plus year old lady living in a trailer! Don't know about the other two! The one in IL did a lot of damages! We had plenty of thunder and lightning but didn't get any damages! Last night and this morning was a lot of thunder, rain and lightning....really lit up the sky! The electrical ones are dangerous for lightning strikes....never know where they are going to hit! I was praying during the storm going on and afterwards! I praise God for His mercy in sparing our area here in South County of St. Louis, MO! God Bless! Betty

Thanks for asking, DK, and hope all are well up North! Did hear Kirksville was hit by the storms too!
