They are called tokens Magz, hence the square shape vs the round shape of coins, I have found my share of them across America from State to State

All American coins come round, what you found is a cool old token, token coins are as good as it gets because they are old and tell the true story about America and her past, don't ever part with it Magz, it's true American history and her past!
