Hey Minelab.... No coil.....No e-mail... no patience left... and no more support from me on any Minelab forum. LATER

and then i'm right behind you.
i was hesitant to post my finds last night from yesterday's dig with marc because of Minelab, but thought some diggers here would appreciate seeing them.
i have never been so insulted in my life.

I would sooner them just tell me I'm not getting it than to waste more time. (which I won't) If it has gone in the mail already I will ask my posts to be deleted, but I doubt it is on the way.
 
on buying a minelab. For the price they charge for their machines...you'd certainly expect some service. I sent them an e-mail a while ago...took them 2 weeks to get back to me.

maybe you should get doc involved, he seems to have a good feel for public relations and he must have some pull with the home office.

Your area is loaded with relics and you've proven that with the finds you made with the other machine. Now you have to start all over again because that's what an Explorer can do for old sites. Less junk, more goodies. And for every bad story you hear about Minelab, there are 10 great service stories you don't hear about on top of the 5 that you do. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
I should really test those waters as my Explorer control box is held on with duct tape at the moment but I can't stand to be without it for whatever time it would take to get it fixed. It continues to out-perform any of the Whites I had before.
Don't worry lad.... you made the right choice!
