I went to the State Park headquarters for my MD permit... They have no forms. I had to write out my "request" for a permit by hand and give them $20. So, I couldn't get anything for you... You'll need to send them a letter with your request. Might as well send them a copy of your DL too...

Not the "City", it's the State... This is a permit to hunt the State parks / Beaches on Long Island. Personally, I'm all for it. I think it cuts down on the amount of people hunting those areas. The park police do check for permits (even the guys that tend the grounds). I've never run into anyone MD'ing at a State Park (other than the beach). While I've heard they check for permits there, I've never been asked for one.

Oh, totally unrelated... It hit 72 degrees on Saturday (it's been in the 50's at night!) and the high today is going to be 35 (so much for global warming )
