Hey Randy-How's Justin?

DK

New member
Randy, just wanted to see how Justin is doing. We are still praying that God will touch his heart, and he will respond. Praying for you too, that God will continue to give you strength. God Bless you all.

He is still waiting to go to trial. When I last talked to him he was told by his Attorney that the prosecution is having problems finding witnesses that will testify and that the victim is not cooperating with the prosecution. His Attorney said that he is going to ask that Justin be charged with a misdemeanor Battery, so he can plead guilty to that. If pleads guilty to the misdemeanor then they can never charge him with a felony if the victim and witness change their minds. I told him that he better take that deal. He told me he has learned his lesson. I am still praying for him daily.

Randy, I will keep him in my prayers!!

Randy, maybe God is getting through to Justin. If he gets off with just the battery charge, he should realize how blessed he is. I pray that he has learned his lesson and that he will see his need for God in his life. Don't know about Idaho law, but a misdemeanor battery here usually gets off with a fine and probation for first offense. All depends on how good a mood the judge. Believe it or not, alot of cases around here are settled on the golf course. I know that for a fact. Keep us updated on Justin. I have faith that next year at this time we will all see a different Justin. Saved and serving God!

Trusting that what the devil meant for Justin's harm, God will turn around for his good. And not only for Justin, but for the other guy who was involved. Not that what happened could be a good thing - but, that now Justin is in a place and position to do some thinking and soul searching. Hopefully, in a place where he finds that God is THE answer and will humble his heart and will cry out to Him. I'm sure this is a terrible situation to find yourself in and my heart and prayers still go out to you, Justin, and your family. Praying for the right one(s) to be sent across Justin's path with the words he needs to hear. Praying for salvation, peace, and favor with God and with man.

Praise God for He is answering prayers by reducing the sentence and hopefully the judge will agree! My prayers are continuing for Justin and for you and your family, Randy! Keep the faith that our Lord is working on Justin and maybe the victim too, to bring them both into His kingdom! For He doesn't want anyone to perish, but that all should come to repentance! Prayers work miracles while teaching lessons to those who go astray! Looking forward to a good report but remember when praying for Justin, he may get meaner for awhile, as satan doesn't want him saved, but God is more powerful than satan and has already defeated him at the Cross of Calvary! Amen! God Bless! Betty

He has been in my thoughts and prayers daily too Randy.
