His preliminary hearing was on March 10th. He now has a court date on March 16th in District court to be arraigned on the Felony charge. He is still on a $100,000 bond and is trying to get it reduced (I do not know why, nobody will bail him out anyway). He is facing 15 years. The best he will get is probably 5 years. The victim is out of the hospital and is at home. Justin will be responsible for the medical bills, so they are about $200,000 by now with more to come.
Justin still does not realize that his whole life will be changed by this. He will be paying for this the rest of his life. I am getting all this information through the courts and his girlfriend. I am continuing the tough love and not contacting him in anyway. His girlfriend told me she is pregnant with Justin's child. She has had three other children from other men, two of the children were taken away from her and the third was adopted by a family friend. This is just getting deeper as it goes on. I pray for them daily and that is all I can do.

Thank you for the update on Justin, Randy, and you are doing the right thing by putting him in the hands of God and allowing Him to handle it without any interference from you or your family! Still praying for him, you and your family and also for his girlfriend and her children! I pray this new baby will have a chance in life and placed in a better situation, unless God's Spirit enters into their hearts and makes each one a new creation in Christ and they become the family that our Lord and Savior would have them be! Nothing is impossible with Him, so keep the faith and keep praying for all of them and, so will I, to be set free from satan's stronghold in Jesus' name!
