its ok Ma we all do it........i love the stories you have to tell. that one was neat. today isnt so bad, it finally cooled off some so i was going to try to take advantage of it...kinda hard though as my hubby is working overnights and so i am left watching the kids all day.........HH

Thanks dobbie! I guess I am a writer at heart and go on, on and on but it seems like that is the way I need to tell the story as it is or was! When married, my ex used to work evenings and nights.....therefore, we didn't have much social life and I think that was a part of the problem. We did get to go detecting though before he had to go to work, but it was hard to quit 
when I was finding the coins! I hope your hubby doesn't have to work overnight all the time and just now and then, so you both can get out and enjoy life and 
together! When there are small children, it is more difficult to get out and do anything, as your eyes and attention needs to be on them to keep them close and safe! But when you do go out to MD, I hope you find some more goodies like your gold necklace and pendant!

thanks ya its kinda hard with my son. but he is a good boy. he stays close. my hubby and I worked out a system for when we are at the park. we take turns. he hunts his spot while i play with chris. then he takes over with him and i hunt my spot. then at the end we see what eachother found. then we gather it up and put it away.....it works well that way we both get to spend time with chris and hunt....
