HF PINPOINTER

I was looking at the Bounty Hunter Forum and see that many people have commented on the
Harbor Frieght Pinpointer. How many of you have used this little cheapo and what has been your experience.
So far I have had NO problems with it. I heard of only one bad report: The tip of the probe came off!
For the $15 dollars spent, it was well worth the money, and the long wait to get the little sucker.

I've had one for a couple months and love it. Our local store had one in stock and it was a couple dollars higher than their on-line catalog - but they matched the catalog price. For the price it can't be beat. Seems to work better when I installed a quality battery and it pinpoints great. It sounds off an inch or two from the target - but I wouldn't want it to sound off any farther than that. There is a youtube video that I saw that hooked me up with this unit. There are better units out there, but this does what it is supposed to do for a value price. Some on eBay are buying these and selling them for over $40 - but go through HF and it'll be worth the wait.
