Here's something that will definitely help.
Got the wife and I threw covid
She had double pneumonia before we started this.

I add these teas for more benefits and flavor.
I keep a three gallon pot on the stove all during the flu season.
Two of each per pot.
Then as I get down to half I add water topping it off.
Last a month minimum.

Though I also add raw ginger and a dried Fatalie hot pepper.
Work's Very well.
Loose in the baggie is wild I harvested this fall.
Changed my life as a person with emphysema and severe allergies.

And smoke it in a pipe.
Don't inhale the first two puffs.
Harsh.
Mellow after that.
And Soo soothing to the lungs.

Do know most academic med sites don't give it the praise it deserves.
