I've had a new one with the upgrades for about 3 weeks now...very quite compared to old ones...don't have a lot of hours on it yet because of work and crappy weather...did find couple of Wheaties in an area of a park that I could not use a F75 or T2ltd in before, running DST mode, 99sens, bp...I've also hit that area with various other machines over the years...so I guess I would say initially the upgrades are great...

I just picked up a new T2 (Christmas package) this week. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I did a little in house testing. The new FA mode is the fastest I've ever seen in a detector! I'll be using it this week and I'll post my finds. I owned a T2 LTD a few years ago and sold it due to instability. I then purchased a G2 and although I really liked the G2 It did not have quite the punch that my T2 did. I'm really looking forward to using it this week in some trash infested areas for a little coin shooting.It is a sweet looking and light weight machine when fitted with the factory control head and battery covers. The newest version of the 15 inch coil and the 11 coil have new type updated coil covers. When I use the T2 I never have the feeling that I there is any lack of depth. It's a sweet sweet machine!!!

Received mine Monday, gonna take it out this morning up to Fredericksburg for its first time out. Hope to find at least a bullet or two. New spot to us and with permission. My niece's husband found a bullet on top of the ground there years ago so it's incentive enough to ride up and give it a try.
I dont know how the T2s performs,but i am going to find out,i just bought a brand new one yesterday and its being shipped out monday.i hope that i get a good one instead of a bad one,i read Hangoverdiggers post i hope mine air test like his did ,and if it does i know that i am going to have a very good machine.Elton just go ahead and buy you one like i did hope for the best LOL.Happy Holidays to everyone!!!
