Hi Folks; I NEED prayers badly. What has happened is that for 5 MONTHS now myself and "numerous" others have tried to get a simple Coast Guard Symbol placed on the Emoticon Board. I've tried every single thing you can think of to get this done. So has Royal, Guvnor, John in Nawth, Buck etc.... After 5 months, NOTHING.. I finally lost it and BLASTED the Administrators that be for the Views Forum. I am so mad right now it is not funny. I'm at the point of flat out leaving the Forums for good.I am so mad that I can't even think straight.!!!! PLEASE pray that God resolve this issue and remove this ANGER from me. This issue is a DIRECT insult to Every Coast Guardsman as a whole and it burns me to no end. Thanks Folks. I need to go cool off. I'll respond later. PEACE:RONB

Praying right now: Dear Lord, please help Barker with his anger problem and give him godly wisdom on how to talk and work with others and to pray to be able for others to have favor with him in a righteous way! Please also , Lord, help him and the others to get the Coast Guard Symbol on the ICONS, to be able to give honor to the Coast Guards as well as the other military who serve or have served our country, the USA! We know our flesh is weak, but our spirit is willing, so help Barker to grow spiritually and his angry flesh to become less and less in ruling his mind, for by Spiritually growing in Your Holy Word and knowledge, his heart will be ruling and giving You the honor and glory in all things, whether good or bad and we know that all things work together for the good of them who love God and that are the called according to His purpose! I ask this in Jesus' precious holy name! Amen! Hang in there, Barker, let go and let God handle it, before anger sets in and spoils the day for too many! Love ya in Christ Jesus! He is the One and only God Who gives us peace that passes all understanding! Amen!

I unbderstand your righteous anger totally. In my daily prayers, confessing my sins, I always confess my carrying my rightous anger too far. I'm a lot better about it now thanks to years of patient coaching from my wife and God.But I still do it!!! Anyways, I'd like to offer a suggestion for what it's worth. I'm a fan of Joyce Meyer and she said something in one of her sermons that has helped me. She said - and I paraphrase - If someone rejects you or makes you angry or sad and you can't get through to them, continue to pray for the situation to improve but..move on and help someone else. I know this isn't strictly your situation but jyou might consider other ways that you could honor the Coast Guard while God works on the original problem.
It seems every once in awhile you here about the heriocs these men and woman of the Coast Guard preform. They are simply the bravest and most selfless branch of the military that I can think of.
It's my belief that youir's is a noble cause and once you let God work on it, good things will happen.

Anger is what i taught on to our youth at church last night. Lots of good scripture in proverbs . I used to have an anger problem , so i know it can be hard to kick. Glad you are calmer now.
