documentary on him tonight and it doesn't look good concerning him! I think he started out okay, but has acquired too much money and etc. The love of money is the root of all evil. There was also one on Joyce Meyers and about all her wealth from her TV preachings & tapes & etc. They both are prosperity preachers as well as Paul & Janet Krauch, Kenneth Copeland & many others! They all live well...very well...but do know this if they are of God He will bless them mightily, and if they are not or they err then they will have to answer to Him sooner or later!
The same as Pastor Benny will have to do!
You know Jim Jones was of the Lord and then greed & power took over and all his followers either were killed or drank the poisonous Koolaid themselves!
'Tis satan's way of destroying unless we stay strong in faith in Jesus and look to Him in humbleness and not what He can or will do for us in power & wealth we will be okay....the main thing is to love Jesus and give Him glory & praise in all things...no matter what we feel or think! God is good & He is the Judge of everything whether 'tis of Him or not!
So let Him & the Bible (The living true word of our Heavenly Father) be your guide and not someone on TV and so forth, as they are mere man or woman and can fail! Jesus cannot lie and He will not fail us! He is our All in all!

but I can't call them pastors, but I can call them opportunists. In the many years of the Benny start, he never mentioned scripture. That should be one of those things that would raise suspicion. Well, said my piece. Just seems to me, if these powers to heal were God given, he/they, would be visiting hospitals on a dailey bases.
 
watched & heard him on Paul Krauch's Trinity Broadcasting Network! He has a lot of followers & if they feel better sending him money or hearing him preach or his healing ministries then they'll have to answer to God for believing and doing right or wrong! I have never given to him nor the Krauches! I haven't been led to do so!
But I can tell you this that Paul was a healer & had a ministry! Also Peter! When they wanted to have them shut up to stop preaching and healing, one of the men said if they be of God, it won't do any good, but if they be of the devil then God will stop them! I don't have the Scripture right now, but that's approximately what was said!
People even stood in Paul's shadow to be healed or touched his clothing! But Jesus is the healer...The Great Physician...and Christian men & women are just instruments used by God for His own purpose!
Therefore, each of us needs to be careful about judging anyone for what they do or don't do, as God knows and by praying and asking Him, He will guide us into all truth whether to follow or give to preachers & faith healers!
So pray, seek, search & know that God's Word is true & who He has called to do His work! Again, mankind fail but Jesus never does!

Just the few broadcasts I've seen of him, not once did he have an alter call. And If your not saved, it doesn't matter how healed you are, if you don't know Jesus. Healing is temporary when God calls us home.
 
have altar calls as they are there to heal the people when they have their large gatherings all over the US & the world!
Have you ever heard Earnest Angley preach & seen his healing lines? I believe he is on the up & up and I really like him! He does ask for finances now & then, but not like most of them! He has held many of his gatherings overseas & the people come by droves.
You were talking about going to hospitals & healing the sick......the hospitals wouldn't allow that because of their ins & etc., but even if they did, and a few are visited with the laying on of hands and prayed over, it is their believing faith or the faith of the ones praying that causes the healings!
Not many in the hospital would have the faith to be healed! It takes faith, great faith, and you can lose your healing when satan comes tempting again! That's when you have to stand by faith and tell satan to get thee hence and remind him that you're healed and when it happened! Believe me, there aren't too many with so great a faith! I'm not sure I have it, as when I'm sick...I don't feel like doing anything, but a person only knows for sure by being tested & God will allow us to be tested. After all Jesus was tempted & tested in the wilderness for 40 days & 40 nights! Of course He was God, but He was also man and suffered in the flesh just like we do!
Do you know not many preachers or churches have an altar call these days? They preach to itching ears & tell everyone that God loves them and they are okay just like they are and we'll all go to heaven!
The world's a mess & getting worse, for the sinners will wax worse & worse, but the saints will shine brighter & brighter! Because the darker it gets the brighter the true believers shine!

Casey once burned her foot severely with hot soup and the skin was just sloughing off as a ran water over the area to draw out the heat while waiting for the ambulance. Later at one of the appointments to get her bandages changed the nurse was amazed at how quickly it was healing (within a month's time) since it was so badly burned the medical people figured it would take skin grafts and lots of time for it to heal.
I commented that "She is a miracle of God and He has done the healing." The nurse didn't bat an eye at the comment instead said "Casey the human body can do some strange things on its own when it has to."
The nurse apparenty had no faith in God. We did (and do). Within a few months the area is completely healed. No skin grafts. No surgery. No physical therapy. No makopr scarring.
It is completel;y healed and the scar - well God left a little one - which looks like a dove. Thank you Father and thank you Jesus.
Just mentioned that because hospital people are mostly earthly minded and don't want to endanger their jobs by trusting a God who could put them out of the medical business. But picture a hospital of spiritr filled docs and nurses laying on of hands on the name of Jesus. Woohoo, Now that is a hospital I'd want to go to.

Funny thing Betty, I was just talking to my Pastor about that Sunday morning. He does NOT preach that kind of sermon. He started last May or June and is nothing short of a brilliant preacher. I was telling him that our church will show growth in attendance but not as fast as in prior years because he preaches the truth. There are some that are hungering for it and accept it ...and there are some that hear it and are greatly offended. They don't like hearing scripture tell them that they are on the road to destruction. They don't like the fact that the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. They'd rather believe that they'll get points for doing good in their lives and demerits for the bad. So long as the good outweighs the bad comes the day they die, they make it to heaven. Doesn't work like that <img src="/metal/html/wink.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=";)">

Although some could be healed at his services, if they pray for healing as well as salvation!
Only Jesus is the Healer by the Holy Spirit through the prayers and instruments of those who are the called for His own purpose!

the large church congregations are there to get their fix on Sunday and think they're all right the rest of the week! Yes, some of them are living for Jesus, but I would say the majority think they're okay by doing good works rather than obeying what God's Word says! I'm not perfect in the flesh, but as a Child of God I am made perfect in Jesus by loving, honoring and obeying Him! Praise His Holy name!!!
Let us pray that more people know Jesus as their own personal Savior before it is too late.....for if dying as a sinner, it will always be too late, as 'tis appointed man once to die and then the judgement!
I hope I'll hear the trumpeting sound of my name when I am called up yonder, so I'll be there! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

healed of a burn on the palm of my hand! It was really bad, as I, foolishly, had tried to make fudge in a marg bowl and when I took it out of the microwave, the bottom had melted and the contents spilled into my lap. I tried to keep it from going all the way through to my legs and burned my palm severely, as it wouldn't come off being stuck! I went to GHP for the burn when I could get someone to take me, as I couldn't drive being it was on my right hand! Had a huge blister covering my palm! The doctor gave me some medicine called silver something, but I didn't use it.
I put Aloe Vera on it and kept it moist. They wanted to cut away the skin, but I just let it heal after being prayed for by a very good lady preacher, who because of her prayers & asking God to comfort and save me, although I thought I was saved....but truly wasn't & was saved then and it healed nicely and left no scar on my palm nor fingers!
I was attending Jobs Partnership & Training Center at the time to be able to find a job after not working for many years and after the divorce. One of the women there told me it was so bad that I would not have any fingerprints on the index finger, but God is great and I have no signs of a burn anywhere! God is Great & God is Good and He answers prayers!
So, I know what Jesus did for your daughter! Some docs & nurses believe and most don't! Some will say after a mircle happens and they know their meds & skills didn't do it will say, It had to be a miracle of God or by someone other than them!
