High Mineralization & Trashy Ground

The BBS Technology handles Noisy Ground up to a certain mineralization load.

You have to cut down on your systems gain where the ground causes no reaction. You've optimized your gain setting.

The Quattro's Auto mode is not desired in tricky ground, so manually setting is the right thing to do.

Just keep pumping the coil up and down over the ground until the REACTIVITY from the Ground is stable.... you've reached that optimal sensitivity/gain point.

Hello Greg,
Thanks for your help, I have now gone over to the EX-II and Angela now uses the Quattro with a lot of success, but this will more than likely apply to the EX-II as well.
Thanks again.
